A sufficient number of rooms have already been booked for conference participants at the Ambasador Hotel.

The rates for the rooms are as follows:

All rooms have bathrooms. Local tourist tax is DEM 2.15 per person a day.

Prices are specially discounted for conference participants. Therefore, every participant is required to confirm the booking before 24^th April 1999, stating the check-in and check-out dates, the type of the room and number of persons. This notification should include reference to IMLA conference and can be made by mail, phone or fax to the following address:

Payment of hotel accommodation can be made in cash or by card (American Express, Diners, Eurocard-Mastercard, Visa) before checking out. The Exchange office is available at the hotel.
