Some biographic facts

Born in Rijeka on 18 July 1959. Law degree at University of Rijeka Faculty of Law. Clerking at the Municipal Court of Justice in Opatija. Postgraduate studies of the Law of the Sea at the University of Split Faculty of Law. Graduated from University of Miami School of Law - LL.M. in Ocean and Coastal Law. Internship with the United Nations Division for Ocean Affairs and Law of the Sea. Since 1989 at the Faculty of Maritime Studies.
