COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE AND IMPROVEMENT

The responsibilities of the Committee for Quality, in cooperation with the stakeholders of the quality assurance system, include::

• developing strategic guidelines for ensuring and improving the Faculty’s quality,
• organising, coordinating and implementing the procedures for evaluating the quality of teaching, research and professional work within the Faculty’s scope of activity,
• developing mechanisms for quality assurance and improvement, and defining methods for monitoring these mechanisms in the areas specified in Article 3 of these Regulations, in line with the Strategy of the University and the Faculty,
• applying the procedures set out in the University’s quality assurance and improvement manuals,
• adopting the Faculty’s Quality Manual in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard,
• applying the procedures from the Quality Manual for managing the quality system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

The Committee for Quality integrates and coordinates all activities related to the Quality System and has the freedom to adapt the System’s procedures to the needs of the Faculty.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Quality Management System encompasses all business processes involved in carrying out the registered activities of the Faculty, as well as all support processes that contribute to the performance of those activities. The commitment to achieving the objectives defined in the Faculty’s Quality Policy is a continuous
obligation of all its employees and external collaborators.
